I bought a townhouse off the plan that Boxtel homes built 12 years ago. I bought this in good faith that I would be buying a structurally sound and good quality home. There have been a few issues over the years re the build, but the worst so far was that there was a leak from the kitchen ceiling, which turned out to be a crack in the waste pipe from the shower basin on the 2nd floor.
