Called up Nik yesterday afternoon regarding my Jeep, told me to come down in the morning & he’d take it for a drive. Went down in the morning & took my car drive & let me know it was my engine mounts! Unfortunately it wasn’t something Nik could fit in for the day but I just was leaving a review as the customer service I was provided was exceptional! Nik, (I hope nothing ever happens) but if I ever have dramas with my transmission, you’ve got yourself a loyal customer.
Owner is a great dude, very honest and helpful. Won't rip you off and does a good job, what more can you ask for.
Nik is an absolute legend! He is knowledgeable and friendly. I had gone to two other mechanics (one being a transmission specialist) and all were quick to tell me I need a gearbox rebuild, I was quoted between $5000-$10,000. I was so stressed and worried. But then I found Nik at Box stop, he took the time to take my care on a test drive and immediately said it didn't need a re-build I was shocked. If you need any transmission work done see Nik. Just had a trans cooler installed and I can't speak highly enough of his work and explanation of what needed to be done. He took the time to go through it with me before I gave him the job. Very happy with the outcome.
Amazing service, got our transmission rebuilt and left our car driving better than new!
