I have used more than a handful of professional movers over the past few years and, unfortunately, have had my share of horror stories. Because of that, I never had the desire to re-use a moving company. That was until our most recent move yesterday. My crew was outstanding!! They arrived on time, had everything ready to go, and made our move completely seamless. They handled our belongings with so much care and attention, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. BoxStar Movers, you have a client for life.
These guys (Garcia & Victor🤗) were amazing!! Friendly, fast yet careful, and saved me tons of work. They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), quickly assessed the job and immediately got busy! When we got to the other place, which doesn’t have an elevator AND is a bilevel unit, they told me to let them know where I wanted everything. We were moving a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom from OH to VA. I called the Box Movers 1 week before our move. They were very precise and actually worked with the pricing as well. The movers arrived 5 minutes before actual time, helped me with moving and parking the U-Hale, They were respectful with a have a nice attitude. Seiit and Ochiro were wonderful ! They moved our furniture carefully and fast. I am very satisfied of choosing this moving company!
