when i wanted to start boxing lessons, boxing lab was the only place i knew i wanted to do it at! alex is a great coach and its a great environment, extremely welcoming especially to someone brand new to boxing!
Boxing Lab is hands down the best boxing gym I've ever been to. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome, especially the owner, who genuinely cares about every member. Whether you're a complete beginner or have experience, they take the time to help you learn, improve, and build confidence. Every class is challenging, fun, and keeps you motivated.
