The team at Boxing 4 Health is doing an incredible job helping people with different level of Parkinson Disease stay in shape. Their programs are very well adapted. The members, admin and trainers, are just extraordinary!
I really recommend Boxing 4 Health. The people from the office to the trainers are simply fantastic. I enjoy every course. They are knowledgeable and very nice. You wont regret being part of the community.
I absolutely love this program. The coaches are amazing, the HR team are always there to help. I have met so many wonderful people in my community through this program. We have established long lasting friendships. The boxing program has helped me tremendously with my balance issues and my overall strengthening and mobility.
