I ordered pool furniture from Boxhill on a Sunday. Early Monday, I received an email from a customer service representative thanking me for my order and letting me know what to expect regarding my shipment. All shipment commitments were kept. Order arrived quickly and damage free. Price for my Tenjam chairs was the best I could find on the internet, including Amazon during their largest sale of the year. Job well done Boxhill!

I can't recommend Boxhills furniture enough. It is so nice to find an online store backed by an actual expert landscape designer who gives you the advice you need. Elizabeth helped me understand what my home needed and gave me multiple recommendations that work best for my home in LA. We had a great experience working with Elizabeth on my latest design project. I got to see samples of the materials before deciding and the trade program was a perk for sure. I think the trade program is perfect for any designers looking for some benefits as these projets can be complicated/stressful which this took away thankfully. From my first experience with Boxhill 5 years ago when I ordered 2 LedgeLoungers - they still look fabulous - to my add of the shade with matching cover and device sleeve - to today when I ordered a replacement cover - to freshen things up - responsive within hours!
