I like that this place has a fence and coded gate to it. The location of this storage unit is very convenient. We paid for 1 unit but when we arrived and realized we needed another unit they were very accommodating and we have two units right next to each other. The cost is a little high but we choose this for location and security.
Easy to get to, secure site.
Well, there was an issue when I first started renting with Boxer Storage with break-in's. But when they realized the location needed extra security they stepped up to the plate and handled their business. We now have a better security system with a security camera. They also listen to any concerns I had and were very prompt at returning calls. I highly recommend them.
My unit was robbed and couldn't get a hold of management all nite. After several calls to the 24 hr line. THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS JUST ONE AT THE GATE THEY NEVER CHANGE ACCESS CODE ITS THE SAME FOR EVERYBODY NEW AND OLD RENTERS
