My unit was robbed and couldn't get a hold of management all nite. After several calls to the 24 hr line.
NOT a 24/7 facility as stated .I would have never brought stuff here knowing that . Theres nothing special about this storage unit house. Prices are the same if not more than most. You have to provide your own lock. Even with the lock of your choice the doors seem like they could be easily broke into.
Most affordable storage option in the Plainwell/Otsego area. All the sign up can be done online which is convenient.
