This review is for 555 Republic property! DO NOT RENT SPACE IN THIS BUILDING. It is very frustrating as the high level doesn’t care about anything even when the security deposit has been paid in advance but since BOXER property took over the building I lease my office, they will not care and still want to collect the last month rent that has been paid in advance, Even after providing all proof of payments. Coriuda Diaz does a great JOB! with keeping the woman restroom really clean on the 3rd floor. I hardly ever spend time in the ladies room because of uncleanliness in the past but not at the 101 E Park Blvd location. Thank you for making my work home feel good.
