Currently occupied with many different people, some/most being from a driving school. The building is upkept and attractive.
Been a tenant for almost 10 years and Boxer is not what it once was. They used to care about Small Businesses and now all they care about is charging more fees than what is on the contract. Security on the property has diminished through the years as well making it less safe. Will not be renewing my lease.
The parking is abysmal. Only a handful of handicapped spaces for medical and geriatric offices. Cars constantly double parked on curbs. The closest non-reserved spaces are taken up by tenant's work vans. Spaces are very narrow. The only good thing about the buildings are the elevators are air conditioned, though on my trip in February they didn't seem cool at all.
