Been a tenant here for 4+ years. Things I love about Halsey: exceptional on-site property manager (Allyson), a lunch cafe with a chef (Miriam), exceptional corporate management, well maintained building, very secure 24/7 securities. I highly recommend if you are searching for an office in the NJ/NY area to see Halsey. It's a great community/culture fit for those serious in business, polite and well-mannered individuals.

The building manager, Allyson Hennessy, is the god send for this place. The previous manager was cold, disconnected, and not very helpful. Allyson is the complete 180 of that. She's kind, professional, attentive, and an amazing problem solver. She's definitely their superstar.
