Education is the KEY in life!!!! Or that’s what my moma told me!!!! Please respect the other people that are renting their office next to you!!! It would be amazing to come to work with pleasure every morning, and not to HAVE to smell your nasty shoes outside the office doors!!!!! We all rent an office space here, we may have employee visits, how may we explain them what is going on and why are there shoes left on the floor???? Please respect others as much as they respect you! Thank you!
Boxer Property Management has made a HUGE difference in our office park since they took possession. They have made significant improvements to the property (inside and out) and the landscaping, and more improvements are on the way. They have instituted energy saving steps such as new lighting and proper maintenance of A/C and heatingunits, and definitely take pride in the property they manage. We are proud, once again, to call this our work home.
The management is always quick to respond to any inquiries. Good location, well maintained, good pricing to keep your business profitable!
I've leased from Boxer at the Fox Valley Executive Center for over a year now and have been very pleased. Mary Lou, the leasing manager, is such a pleasure...very personable yet professional. She always tries to be as accomodating and available as possible. Overall, Mary Lou does a great job in helping us focus on our business, instead of issues dealing with the facility itself.
