I recently leased some excellent office space at an incredibly reasonable price. The entire experience was fantastic, and the manager, Chantelle Hall, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking affordable office space.
I have been a tenant at 5005 W. Royal Lane, Suite 117, Irving, Texas 75063, for several years. My lease expires at the end of this month, June 2025. I am retiring, having sold the business assets at the end of 2024. Mardio, the maintenance man at this location, an employee of Boxer Property, the management company, deserves accolades for his exceeding goodness.
