There are 4 regular elevators and 1 service elevator. All 5 are out of service. In the 7 years I've worked in the building I have never seen them all working. Only 1 has been working for a while and it keeps breaking down. I've had to walk upstairs 5 times in the last 3 weeks.
The wait has been ridiculous! Everyday the elevator issues in this building is beyond 30 minutes waiting for one to open. This has made us late in the mornings as well as unpleasant for our patients. We’ve made multiple attempts to let boxer property know and nothing has been done and this is months in. At what point does the fire department get involved or even the city?!
This property has 5 elevators and the most I have ever seen work is 3 (including the freight elevator). For the past few months there has only been 1 elevator working. Today was the 4th time this elevator went down and everybody had to walk up the stairs. There are 11 floors and some people were having to walk up 11 flights. 4 elevators that are dangerous. Shake, slam on people, have injured many people in the building causing workmans comp claims for the employers! Management does absolutely nothing about it especially if they are able to get the one with the dim flickering light working than it is definitely never addressed because one works so who cares it takes 15 minutes for the elevator to come!
4 elevators but only one works. Sometimes it doesn’t even work and we have to go up the stairs. I would not recommend this place unless you are ready to be walking up stairs. We have complained several times to management. It seems they don’t ever do anything about it.
