Signage Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! We have been at Boxer for more 6+ years and the building engineer and maintenance have been great. The problem is with the leasing management. They don’t want to do things to improve and help. The signage is not good and people get lost and complain, since its a multi-use office complex, there are 3 buildings. I have been at the property since 2016 and have been really impressed with the building and upkeep of the spaces. Most especially, the manager, Nathan, and maintenance expert, Van, are fantastic. I brag to all my colleagues how great they are! They respond with kindness and competence to any request and alway go the extra mile to make sure things are right. If I could give them 10 stars, I would do so. I always recommend others to consider renting here, and my clients agree too!

Absolute dumpster fire. Thank god we are out. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Offices are crummy, and the accounting staff is horrible. They find ways to mess up an auto pay.... Also takes funds for rent after your lease has ended. No call, no response. Fail.
