We leased an office here for two years and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Shelley was extremely helpful, professional, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The building is consistently well-maintained and kept clean, and having security at the front gate provides an extra level of comfort and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
As a tenant in 1840 Pyramid Place I have seen a lot over the past 4 years. The new leasing person and property manager are excellent. Things that were left incomplete when management transitioned are now being complete. Response time to concerns is quick. AC issues, no problem. Plumbing issue, no problem. Keycard malfunction, no problem. In essence the service matches the expectations of a business owner. This is an A-Class Property!!!
prices are reasonable, but space could use more updates and maintenance. decent option for budget-conscious renters.
When I first came to this building three years ago the building was amazing and a great place to accommodate my clients, and now I'm ready to move due to the lack of upkeeping of the building, I witness and also one of my clients, the toilet was unclogged, and the residue was left on the floor. I have attached photos!! if you are thinking about moving here its too many flaws to pay the amount of rent that is required.
I had a terrible rental experience here. Everything was fine until I opted not to renew my lease. I came to my office 4 days prior to the expiration lease date to collect my belongings & my office was empty. The general property manager Edward said that he thought I wasn’t coming back. He stated that tenants abandon their property all the time. Edward called his maintenance staff Alex to see where my belongings were.
