When I initially signed my lease a few months ago everything seemed great; however, now I feel scammed. The leasing agent initially told me the rate of the room in price per square foot. I just moved into my space and measured the room, only to find out that the square footage was off by at least 60 sq feet. When I checked my lease the leasing agent put the rate as a monthly rate and instead of square footage he listed it as monthly rate for the suite number.
