The property is very conveniently located off of Routes 2 and 495. The shared space is beautiful and well maintained. The private offices are affordable and they don't hit you with a bunch of additional charges for conference room and kitchen use. The customer service and accomodations far surpass those of competitors.
I want to recognize and compliment Boxer's superb Property Manager for their facility at 85 Swanson Rd. in Boxborough MA. Gwen Harris-West and her team are always on top of the maintenance that a building like this requires. Every request I've made for work in/for VividCloud's suite has been addressed immediately and done correctly the first time. She also maintains the aesthetics and appearance of the building to create a consistency that I appreciate. None of that happens by accident.
I had the opportunity to work with Eric Piazza during our search for the new office space. Eric has been superbly professional throughout the process - he was thorough, he listened, and above all, he was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone with no hesitation.
