Offices do not get enough air flow to cool the space adequately. Maintenance personnel redirected air flow to the office to get marginal cooling into office space. There is not an ice maker or filtered water available. Bathrooms are not cleaned regularly and not always stocked with paper towels. Generally, a quite office space but there are not many occupied offices. Many are leased but not occupied. Currently, there are several lockout notices on doors, and one major tenant is moving out to a larger space for less cost.

Read the agreement carefully, they are not flexible. Temperature remains 72-74 degrees in Houston in July as a policy, and is completely turned off at 6pm and on weekends.
