I’ve had a fantastic experience renting office space here in Aurora, Colorado. From day one, Maaike and Rich in the main office have been so friendly, kind, and always happy to help with anything I need. They really make you feel welcome and supported as a tenant. After emailing back and forth with the assistant manager, without any help, Dorian took initiative and called me to clarify my situation! Dorian did amazing at making sure I got access to my cards and was very helpful through the process. He called, asked for clarification and immediately knew what suite I was in. Dorian provided new access cards for ke to enter the building.
Do not rent here. Buyer beware. Management is absolutely horrible. They are not even on site. They will gaslight you and make excuses for their property issues including not responding to maintenance requests, WiFi issues, heating and cooling and more. I have been locked out of the office now multiple times and they don't care. It's the typical experience of they will get your lease and then you'll never hear from them ever again. This is very disruptive if you are a business owner. I highly DO NOT recommend.
