😩Very Worst Experience, Administration is Completely Rude and not helpful at all nor Welcoming to a new Tenant, wasted time and unable to provide proper documentation even after paying extra fees to get a Lease Documents. Horrific experience with all, Very Slow and unprofessional, Have no courtesy or respect for new or small Tenants. Very wrong Business Approach Sad to sign Lease😭. Don’t deserve even one star.
12200 ford rd , Dallas , Tx 75063 I Never face this type of bad experience . The management staff was not respond , even any small issues . I am disappoint on behavior on employee.
They promised during move out carpet kitchen rooms cleaning charges will be around 500$ but deducted 2700 when we ask they said they will check and reimburse it’s almost one month 10 days there is no update on the reimbursement if you pay final rent after your move out you do get only pennies from your advance never recommend this company.
