The entire team of staff is very cooperative and responsive to the requests. I have been with Boxer Property since March 2010. I have dealt with several property managers and leasing agents and all showed keen interest in making sure that I was provided the best services catered to my situation. I am giving the "5 Stars" to Mark and Marisol in Building 12300. Both of these employees have demonstrated exceptional work ethics. Mark never complains when asked to complete a work order. Marisol is constantly making sure the properties interior is very clean. I have witnessed both Mark and Marisol working together as a "team", which is great! They both have gone wonderful customer service ethics and that is a Must! Kuddos Mark and Marisol! Thanks for all you've done for our suite, I am going to miss you both!

Very Worst Experience, Administration is Completely Rude and not helpful at all nor Welcoming to a new Tenant, wasted time and unable to provide proper documentation even after paying extra fees to get a Lease Documents. Horrific experience with all, Very Slow and unprofessional, Have no courtesy or respect for new or small Tenants. Very wrong Business Approach Sad to sign Lease. Don’t deserve even one star.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a commercial space at the Boxer Property in Farmers Branch in Texas and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The property is well-maintained and designed to accommodate a variety of business needs. The location is central to Dallas and easy access for both clients and employees. The leasing manager is incredibly professional, responsive to any concerns. The amenities of the building is perfect for fostering productivity and efficiency. I highly recommend this property!
