We have been with Boxer Property for 5 years and have had several different managers/ assistant managers and all have been great to work with. But recently we have had some issues and working with Dante and Pamela have exceeded my expectations. They are very understanding and easy to work with! I just wanted to say thank you and we are looking forward to being tenants here for years to come.

The entire team of staff is very cooperative and responsive to the requests. I have been with Boxer Property since March 2010. I have dealt with several property managers and leasing agents and all showed keen interest in making sure that I was provided the best services catered to my situation. My recent experience was with property manager Ms. Chantelle Hall and leasing agent Ms. Brooke Maher. I am giving the "5 Stars" to Mark and Marisol in Building 12300. Both of these employees have demonstrated exceptional work ethics. Mark never complains when asked to complete a work order. Marisol is constantly making sure the properties interior is very clean. I have witnessed both Mark and Marisol working together as a "team", which is great! They both have gone wonderful customer service ethics and that is a Must! Kuddos Mark and Marisol! Thanks for all you've done for our suite, I am going to miss you both!

Very Worst Experience, Administration is Completely Rude and not helpful at all nor Welcoming to a new Tenant, wasted time and unable to provide proper documentation even after paying extra fees to get a Lease Documents. Horrific experience with all, Very Slow and unprofessional, Have no courtesy or respect for new or small Tenants. Very wrong Business Approach Sad to sign Lease. Don’t deserve even one star.
