We’ve been tenants at Boxer Property for several years, and it has been an outstanding experience. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and home to a wonderful community of professionals. Sonya and Marilyn consistently go above and beyond to make sure our practice has everything we need. They are responsive, friendly, and truly care about their tenants. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our practice, and we’re grateful to be part of such a welcoming community. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things regarding this property. I have worked in the building for 6 years and have never had one issue. Marilyn has always been prompt with any questions and Sonia is a true gem! Not only the staff within the property, but the office neighbors have also always been kind and quiet. I have worked for the same company for 14 years and this property is by far, my favorite place we have leased from.
I love love love being part of the Boxer family! I have had the best experience with the building and the staff.
This property is fantastic. You couldn't ask for better people than Marilyn and Sonia to manage and maintain this building. Requests are responded to immediately and the building is kept in an excellent condition. It is a peaceful and calming experience to come to work each day.
I've worked in this building since Harvey displaced my business back in August of 2017. I started with one office and have gradually moved to three. The Boxer Property manager, Marilyn, has always been prompt in getting me situated in this building and my experience here has been wonderful ever since.
