I've worked in this building since Harvey displaced my business back in August of 2017. I started with one office and have gradually moved to three. The Boxer Property manager, Marilyn, has always been prompt in getting me situated in this building and my experience here has been wonderful ever since. We love our office space. It is reasonably priced, always clean, great Woodlands location and the building is run by highly professional and friendly staff who respond to your calls on time. The free conference rooms on every floor is a big plus. I recommend this property.
The unit and entire building is kept clean all the time because of excellent maintenance. There have been no clutter, bathrooms have always been clean and odor-free. The maintenance person has been on top of everything to make everyone’s time in the building satisfying and worry free. We have no ongoing problem right now. I recommend this place for office occupancy fully. Thank you for allowing me to give feedback
Wonderful, quiet office space. Beautifully maintained and ideal for small offices. Nuzzled in a busy location but surrounded with serene outdoors. We are an engineering firm in a sea of therapists who have flocked to this building :)
