Had cambelt service and mot booked over email on our Ducato van. Garage took van at 8am and rang me 11.45 to say it was ready. I asked them how the MOT went and they admitted they didn't have it down on the sheet and put it in for noon. Nearly 1.5 hours later I get the van back. The water pump was not replaced as I asked (and was quoted over email), they apologised and reduced the price of the cambelt change alone.
