I had a favorable QME from my employer's doctor (Macys Union Sq.) but Mike Gerson still managed to lose my case or worse... sold me out! He did virtually NOTHING to help me, including allowing my employer's attorney (Melanie Ogren from Hanna Brophy) to waste most of the time talking about unrelated matters. He made no effort to go after the companies 3 witnesses who all lied in their depositions.
