Didn't know what to expect here, but was a great workout with complete training.
Great little gym. In shape, highly experienced owners who also work as trainers there. Awesome equipment. If I could rate them 100 stars I would.
I've been going to Boxed Fitness for about 5 weeks now and I'm OBSESSED. I never have to Pinterest a workout because there are many planned workouts I can choose from (new ones daily)~ or if I have one in mind I can do that too. I get to choose my own weight/intensity & I love having my own "box" and equipment. I never have to wait for equipment 🔥 I'm also in the best shape of my life 🥹💪🏻 I tell at least one person a day about this gym because it's so good!
