I called on Monday to make an appointment to come look at couches on the following Thursday because I do not live in missoula. I made my appointment for 1:00 I get a text day of at 11:55 asking if I want to come early I text back saying we hit some construction so we are little behind I get a text back saying he now has family in town and needs to leave at 1:00 but that’s what time my appointment is for then he tells me ok 1:00 still works but he will need to leave at 1:30 I’m sorry but 30 minutes is not enough time for me t... read more

Highly recommend Brent. He helped us find a great supportive mattress. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with a great price. We will be going back for other furniture when we need it!!!!

I bought 2 twin beds and box springs and a Love seat from Box Drop. Brent was so very helpful and went out of his way to make this right. Awesome that he takes away what you’re replacing. Great job Brent I will be recommending that Box Drop is the place to go Thank you
