Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mike at BoxDrop, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. If you're in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend supporting this local mom-and-pop business. Great customer service is hard to find, and Mike truly goes above and beyond. I wasn't sure whether or not I was going yo buy a matress or not, I expected a little more showroom experience as I had a couple other mattresses I'd have like to check out. However, Mike was very knowledgeable, proud to be a mom and pip shop not in competition with the bigger chains. He took the time to give me a store history, mayress comparison and work with me on the pricing. We found this on line. I had doubts about it but we made an appointment to visit the store and we’re sold on it in minutes. We left having purchased a pair of xl twin mattresses. The quality was excellent and the pricing was even better. No frills just good deals. Our salesman, Mike Davis was terrific.
