I had a great experience at BoxDrop Mattress from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Ordered a new bed frame and mattress from BoxDrop Mattress & More. Delivery was promised in 7 days, but it arrived 3 weeks late. The mattress was torn on one side, and the bed frame was missing several screws. Contacted the store multiple times, but no response. Had to buy new parts and repair the mattress myself. Very disappointing experience.

Bought a memory foam mattress from BoxDrop Mattress & More after a friend's recommendation. The mattress was way firmer than advertised and caused back pain after a few nights. Tried to return it within the 30-day window, but the store said all sales were final and refused a refund. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Stuck with a painful, expensive mattress.
