Amazing! Cindy really knows her furniture. I never felt pressured into anything. I can't say enough about this place. Everyone I delt with was great even the delivery guys . I will for sure tell others . Such a large variety the prices were great customer service superb and definitely worth paying a little extra (I mean little) for delivery😉. Thank you so very much for making my purchase so easy and with no stress. Thank you again Cindy for all your help, it was a pleasure doing business with you all. 👍

Had the absolute best experience shopping at BoxDrop in Grass Valley. Kelly was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions. She pointed out different items that fit my needs but then allowed me time to wander, think and try items out. I so appreciate the helpfulness; not once did I feel the sales pitch grossness which was so nice! I highly recommend shopping here for your furniture needs!

We had an outstanding experience at Box Drop Grass Valley! Kelly and Bob were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at ease with no pressure to buy. Bob even went the extra mile to come in and open the store for us when he wasn't there, which we greatly appreciated. We purchased a sectional couch and a mattress, and although they were delivered on separate days, the process was smooth and relaxed. The prices were fantastic too.
