I've shopped at some of the biggest furniture stores in Southern IL, and found BoxDrop Mattress to have the best prices on brand named mattresses. Michelle is definitely one of the best sales people in the business. Knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive to the needs and desires of the customer. Shopping there was a wonderful experience.
I come in to the store today and talk to Michelle. After talking to her on the phone and she set me up perfectly. It was amazing.
Got some furniture from box drop and it was amazing and they were so easy to work with 5 stars!!!
If I could give them zero, I would. The guy that runs this store will scam u, if given the chance. Once he sells it to u, he's done. He's ignored my ph calls for almost 2wks. More to come in a few days.
