Dale is very knowledgeable about the mattresses he sells and is not pushy. He just gives you the info and doesn’t push you for a more expensive product. The mattresses are of the highest quality and recommended you check here first.

Wow. I never went to BoxDrop or met Dale in person, and did all my transactions/interactions via Facebook messenger or text, but I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Dale! He was amazing and super accommodating for a remote purchase of two boxsprings and mattresses. He went over the top with delivery, customer service and overall buying experience. Definitely 2 thumbs up and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress! THANK YOU!
