Love my Monday morning hybrid boxing session the "Moms class" as I call it. Rome is a great coach.

I was so nervous to start at this gym and thought I might get judged, but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and felt so comfortable. I have been doing boxing for a while now and the vibes are amazing, I have learn’t so much and have never been forced to continue or do anything that I don’t feel comfortable doing. Box class is my family
I joined this gym 2 months ago and hands down it’s the best decision I ever made! The coaches are next level in their skill set, always encouraging and helping you to reach your goals. Killer music to match and help you push through the classes. Definitely has a great friendly and family vibe, my whole family has now joined up too. Soo much fun and lots of love for this place and the coaches!!
