Had a truck arranged to be picked up on a Friday during normal business hours. No personal on location for pickup. They also were not answering the phone and did not call me back. I coordinated through u-haul to get a mobile pickup. Once I got the keys and started the truck the check engine light was on and I was unable to take the truck. The parking lot was also full of snow so I would have most likely gotten stuck even if the truck was useable. I was unable to get a u-haul and had to make other arrangements for my move.

I recently had my U-Haul reservation moved on me last minute due to overbooking, and it was moved to Boxcars Storage. My experience was quite poor. When I showed up for self-serve pickup the truck was missing all of the blankets I reserved and the fuel was almost empty. When I called in they were unavailable for the day (I picked up 7am and called 9am for open). Very disappointed in this location. Tried to reserve a truck and dolly. Been told 3x im gonna be called back and nope nothing... I'm done with them . Do not recommend!!!!!
