Denise was absolutely amazing! We didn’t need to worry about the safety of our prom group. We will never use another limo service.
****follow up after the owners response**** After writing my original review, I did get a call from a representative of box car limos. She offered no support and was extremely rude on the phone. Since there was a contract stating what was to happen and only 50% of that was completed, I asked for a 50% refund and she told me no, my wedding venue offered me $200 to take the review down, not Boxcar limos, so that is a false statement. Booked a Rolls Royce for my wedding- he took me and my maid of honor to the first look location, said he would wait for us so me and my groom could take pictures with the car. After we were done taking pictures, we could not find him anywhere, no notification with his location. I find out later that he asked my photographer if he could leave and she was like I guess?
