I used a Boxcar 10x20 unite for one month during a move. Make sure to communicate when you plan to be out, I was charged for a second month when I was already out, but the owner handled it and gave me a refund which I thought was fair. The app for access is easy to use and convenient, location is very convenient in the Hampton area, facility was clean. Would use again.
Needed Boxcar when my house experienced the flood in January at Hampton Beach. Found the price was right, unit fit what I needed, and most importantly, the customer service I received from Joseph was excellent. Grateful for his help finding what worked for me. Would recommend to all.
I found Boxcar: clean, roomy, and easy to work with.
Seemed like a really great guy but since leaving my rv there, he has stopped all communication, still cashes checks, though... I would not do this here but my next step is a lawyer. Currently do NOT recommend this place.
