Don't even feel like giving one star, it's the worst company to deal with. worst customer service. Can't even let me come and see the truck keep asking for money before any viewing and very rude.

Really happy with my new library bus has great potential can’t wait to start converting it. John in the office was very helpful and good to deal with what’s certainly purchased from this company again
Quite rude on the emails. Contacted them via email asking for more information on vehicle they had listed. No business etiquette in response just a blunt message saying to contact the sales department with a phone number. Contacted them off the mobile listed on the website and got no response, emailed them back asking if I could come and view at the weekend as the website states they are open. Another blunt rude email saying "as the address says" it's appointment only. And I need to call the sales line to arrange that. It's ... read more
Absolutely over the moon with my purchase from Boxbush Commercials. John was great to deal with. Quick responses and great videos of the lorry before I travelled from Essex. Was totally worth the 8 hour road trip. All of their stock looked super clean was great to see. 100% will buy from them again in the future. 5 stars !!!
