Normally, I get my hair cut at this barber shop because I enjoy the sports talks and the friendly barbers. I’ve always have walk-in and there has never been a problem. However, I recently had to take my business elsewhere because they refused to cut my hair because I didn’t have an appointment. Insanely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. They talk about charges for last second cancellations and no shows, but have nothing to say when the barber no shows for your appointment. I sat there for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time just to find out that the barber I booked with, Emilio, wasn't even in the building and I was then told to "rebook in the app". Amazing first impression.
Couldn’t show up because I had to pick up my sister I even called but I still charged money for not showing up 🤦
I just took my nephew here for the first time and will definitely come back! The barber was nice and gave my nephew the cutest haircut, I forgot to ask for his name, his station was second to the last on the left side when walking in if any one know his name. Thank you so much!
