abysmal customer service. they over shipped a product by 15 pallets and it’s been a month and half of dealing with this and mostly radio silence. i called them so get it figured out quicker and had the most unprofessional customer service. very frustrating dealing with this company
Rude and unhelpful customer service with an attitude. I reached out to box partners with some questions and concerns about one of there products being unreasonably difficult to unroll, they refused to even listen to my question then hung up on me.

I had high hopes at first. But since the acquisition, I wish JIT never sold. Pricing is awful, and customer service is next to extinct. Just another giant corporation with no regard towards their customers.
Is sending Spam emails every minute. Obviously on our blacklist and reported everywhere.
