I just want to say Jake went above and beyond his job!!! I called for concert tickets. He helped me with getting good seats. Then he explained the process and. what he is going to do on his end and what I need to do. I gave him email address. When we werr done I tried 3 times to get into my email. And i couldn't . I called a teck from Yahoo and told me "i had been hacked"!! I called Jake back ,got a message they were closed!!! Not even 10 mins later , Jake called me back. I explained what happened. Jake is the best. When I told him I was disabled and elderly he went out of his way to get me premium accessable seating!!!! I told him I needed parking. Not only did he get me great parking but once he found out I didn't have a printer, he called me back said he would print the parking pass for me and put it in with the tickets! WOOOOO!! The seats I got for the NFL divisional playoff game were just fantastic and at an excellent price too! Along with the great price, it was super easy to order and the service from the sales rep was great. Everything went so smoothly it made my experience attending the game all that much more enjoyable for me and my son! Thanks so much!
I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to talk to a sales agent! He was friendly and helped find great seats to the concert! The price was very fair and he made the process so convenient! I will be calling Box Office First anytime I need tickets! I highly recommend them!
I am very impressed with the way box office first handled my order. First off the wait time to get in touch with a representative was very short, I had a friendly sales agent on the phone tending to my requests 20 seconds into the call. They made purchasing tickets very easy, quick, and convenient. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying tickets to a concert. My seats were great and at a good price which made it much more enjoyable for me. Great people, great service.
