Going to be making a complaint. Keypad at the front was broken tonight, and there's no one I could reach for help on a Sunday evening. My account is in good standing, and to me, this is a broken promise as I couldn't access my unit 24/7 with my account in good standing. Extremely disappointed right now. This has been my first issue so far, which is why I'm rating 4 stars for now.
