I have purchased a good deal over the years from Box Lab and have had good luck and excellent service.
A ridiculous disclaimer that allows them to avoid all liability, even for their mistakes. Poor customer service (which consisted of "contact the manufacturer". Little assistance with problems (which were several) after a large sale. I do not recommend.
Interesting mix of functional and fun items for sale! I was able to buy some cool presents for both adults and kids on my list. And I got my Miele fridge and freezer from them a couple years before that.
