I booked with boxit, confirmed via only to have them not tell me that they weren't opperating in December. The time of my move came and I rang them and they said they forgot to notify me. I asked if they could do a box delivery only and I'd pay someone else to pack, they didn't bother responding. At the last second I had to organise completely new storage and pay for a removalist because they couldn't be bothered to let me know they weren't opperating, it wasn't a lockdown at the time and there was no reason for their unprof... read more
