Amazing place. Wonderful and patient Dr. Wong who understands our concerns and is NOT in a rush. Overall this place is magnificent.
Don’t be put off by the poor reviews, our experience today was good. I saw the reviews whilst googling directions and I was quite worried. The front desk staff weren’t the most friendly, but they weren’t rude. The doctor (Elaine Wong) was so kind and gentle with our 5 year old. She explained everything well and made sure if we had any concerns she put our minds at rest. I don’t doubt other people have had bad experiences. But mine wasn’t bad at all and we’re looking forward to a follow up visit later this year.
With Dr Daniel Chiu for nearly 10 years. He is very patient to answer your concerns or questions and is my most trusted eye specialist.
Very bad experience. Dr Elaine Wong didn’t understand mom’s concern and she was in rush. I paid her for an aguement and come back with upset. Especially she did not care about her attitude and what she said in front of a child and had a bad example of rude and impatience.
