I had my right eye operated on to have a new drainage point, as my eye weeped a lot. Dr. Charles SU, was kind, thorough, very good, and the operation was a success. Further follow up ensued after the operation, with a final follow up some 8 months after. I would recommend him.
i come here with an appointment time of 10:30. i walked in at 10:30 on the dot and at 10:45 i went in to see the lady who does the dropped. she tried to tell me 2 year old to put on some glasses and tell her what the stick figure pictures are. black and white aswell mind you. after being told to hold her and she needs to sit still she gave up and put drops in her eye. we got told wait 10 minutes and i will come get you. 45 minutes later after my daughter was getting impatient and not being able to sit still i got the guts to... read more
HELP! It has been 90 minutes past my appointment time and I’m still sitting here waiting (no dilating eye drop, just plain waiting). Watched loads of people that came to the clinic after us and visited the doctors before us. What’s the point of having appointments if people that came later can visit first? If you wanted to experience the triage system at the emergency department then this is the place for you. Do yourself a favour and get your GP to refer you to another eye doctor
I was nervous going here after reading the reviews but it was great! The assistant was so patient with my toddler (who was not loving having their eyes tested at all), whilst the Dr was super helpful in explaining everything to me. Definitely recommend!
