HELP! It has been 90 minutes past my appointment time and I’m still sitting here waiting (no dilating eye drop, just plain waiting). Watched loads of people that came to the clinic after us and visited the doctors before us. What’s the point of having appointments if people that came later can visit first? If you wanted to experience the triage system at the emergency department then this is the place for you. Do yourself a favour and get your GP to refer you to another eye doctor
I was nervous going here after reading the reviews but it was great! The assistant was so patient with my toddler (who was not loving having their eyes tested at all), whilst the Dr was super helpful in explaining everything to me. Definitely recommend!
Amazing place. Wonderful and patient Dr. Wong who understands our concerns and is NOT in a rush. Overall this place is magnificent.
