Started working out at Box Hiit and I love it! Classes are always mixing it up. Great combo of cardio & strength training. A lot variety of class schedule. Excited they are adding more Bootcamp classes. Great gym & great trainers. Highly recommend!!!
BOX HIIT is the greatest gym I have been to in my life. Tony is a phenomenal trainer. He encourages me and challenges me to do things I never thought were possible before in my workouts. He has so much to offer: battle ropes, focus pads, sparring, bosu, a boxing ring, ab rollers, punching bags. I love it here so much. I have never worked so hard or had so much fun in my life.
