Took my daughter there to get her checked for a little fever didn’t do any other test but disappeared for 30 mins or so just to clean back and complain that is 1 in the morning and like they don’t have time to take care of a 1 year old baby they prolly need to replace the staff that don’t care about the patient only their paycheck

The lady who answers the phone is wayyy transfer happy. I had to drive from SD and couldn't figure out which building to go to and was calling trying to understand and get an answer and she kept interrupting me and trying to transfer me to a line that never answered. It's like girl do you hate your job or people? Either way, a retraining in customer service is A MUST for her. The service was awesome and the billing wasn't super confusing which is helpful.

Just want to share my experience with their billing department. I owed them a few thousand for an ER visit. I called them and they were sooo willing to go the extra mile to make payments affordable for me. They let me choose the day of the month to pay and the choice on how to pay. I wish I could remember the name of the gal I spoke with (Rita, I think). But she was so amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would everytike I go there I get told exactly what I told them and nothing to help fix it I'm not saying pain pills but just anything to relive the pain like home remedies also don't get told nothing they need actual professionals not people that think they're professionals
