I had a really bad experience with this company as well. There was a misunderstanding on the emails and the order I placed. They sent me more than what I had asked for. Charged me right away. Tried to work something out with them and the lady was being rude. I had shipped some boxes back because it was not what I had ordered. We bought jewelry boxes here and then were told some were out of stock after contacting them about missing product. Strange they sent a partial order without contacting us since it was supposed to be a matching set but ok, we ordered replacement items then they sent those plus some of the stuff that was unavailable before.
