Loved this place. The massage therapist was amazing working with me to help recover from my workers comp injury. Unfortunately my experience was ruined at the end with my last appointment. I unfortunately missed the appointment and received a call from the therapist to reschedule. He assured me there was no issues. Now where it went sour was the next day when I received a call from the billing manager to try and get a missed appointment payment out of pocket. I have been attending my sessions for couple of months now, and I've immediately began experiencing positive results, within the first week. Dr. Supreeth is professional, and continues to utilize necessary treatments that will work with my body.
I scheduled 1 week in advance requested a female provider, called 24hrs before appt to confirm a female provider, showed up and was given a male provider. The front desk girl aruged with me instead of being helpful she reprimanded me for not completing the paperwork. What does that have to do with anything? 45 min round trip for nothing. Gas isn't cheap
Dr. Chan has a wonderful touch! She helps make me feel very comfortable and I always feel so much better after each Accupuncture session.
