I LOVE it here. Great workout that makes me sweat like crazy while having fun too.
I love the trainers here!!!! The classes they offer range from beginner level workouts to advanced boxing techniques. The trainers make sure to incorporate more into their workouts than just boxing (ie. weights, mobility, cardio etc). Plus they always have great upbeat music playing, especially on Wednesday’s at Ladies Night!!!
Great classes with great instructors. (Bre and Ellyssia) have great energy & Cee Cee at the front desk was super helpful!
Box2bfit located in Durham is the place 2 be. Each day it's a different routine, the workout is worth it so come try it out, you will leave feeling great. All the trainers are awesome
