We have planning this remodel for 5 years, so we had a good idea what we wanted. We were referred to them by our counter top guy. Jim and James both worked with us on the planning and materials. They were not pushy at all and let us make our choices in our time. James came to do the measure and we discussed options, with no pressure to change or spend more. James Bowser is the most dishonest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the remodeling construction business and I have been in the flooring business for 20 years. The product was excellent because it came from Denver Hardwood a very reputable supplier. The problem is when you have extra material and you return 3 boxes he feels hes entitled to charge you a restocking fee even when the company you return it to didn't charge him a restocking fee I returned the product for my homeowner's myself so they didn't even pi... read more

I've had a poor experience with Bowser Kitchen and Bath. I was told by the owner that he'd get back to me, as I've been asking for a breakdown of my tile cost that we ordered through them, and that never happened. They work only with contractors so basically even though I was the one giving them the money (my check made out to them) they were unable to disclose my receipts and costs to me the client/purchaser. Jim Bowser and his son were great to work with. They know their stuff. We got our cabinets on time except for the ones over the fridge and above the sink. Those came within 2 days so really didn't slow anything down. Soft close doors. Love them. Cabinets are so easy to clean.
