We were away from our home in the Philadelphia area and had a problem with the fobs used to lock and unlock the car. Everything had been working fine and suddenly whenever we open the door, the alarm would go off. We experienced this problem at home and on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Went in for check engine light a year ago. Not only were they unable to determine the cause or resolve it (thankfully resolved on its own), they took two days to get my car back to me! Went to Baeirl Subaru's service for same light returning and they were able to diagnose the cause and resolve it within two hours!! Plus staff at Baeirl were much kinder and less judgmental than staff at Bowser service center. If you're considering Bowser, I'd recommend Baeirl for service instead.
01/27/2026 I made an appointment online to get my vehicle inspected and emissions inspection done. I had a coupon for $10 off of any maintenance work done, that they had sent to my residence. They sent it because I have had work done on my vehicle there several times. So, I have a custom account number with them. They added a surprise charge at checkout which I would have been okay with if they had been upfront. The mechanics also left tools in my car after they were done.
Updating my review — I recently found out that my repair was actually covered under Subaru’s extended warranty, which the center never informed me about. I had to contact Subaru Customer Service myself, and they confirmed that I was eligible for coverage. Once I brought my vehicle in for repair, the team did a good job with the work, and I appreciate that.
