They added a surprise charge at checkout which I would have been okay with if they had been upfront. The mechanics also left tools in my car after they were done.
Updating my review — I recently found out that my repair was actually covered under Subaru’s extended warranty, which the center never informed me about. I had to contact Subaru Customer Service myself, and they confirmed that I was eligible for coverage. Once I brought my vehicle in for repair, the team did a good job with the work, and I appreciate that. Michelle G in the service center is rude and smug, and condescending. She wasted our time and gave us false information about our car. I did not feel like they wanted to help us get our car fixed at all. We were strung along by them when they clearly just did not want to help us out. I do not recommend their service center.
Bought my first WRX from these guys. I had a cracked dash panel that was missed in QC and was replaced. I am intimately familiar with disassembling my dash, but apparently their tech man handled my panels off with pry tools and marred adjacent plastic. Credit Mike Zuro with making the situation right, so i gave them another chance. I use to recommend this place to anyone that use to own a Subaru and would tell you how they use to go above and beyond for anyone. Lately I feel anytime I take in for service I’m always being upsold or told I need a specific maintenance that’s not necessary. I’ve been coming to this specific dealership service since I first bought a Subaru back in 2015.
